SHIPPING POLICY

At VerseGlow, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, your tracking number will be included so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VerseGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, VerseGlow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
